I had a pretty good experience working with Paola Perez at RPM Select. The process to self view properties went fairly well. Paola was very professional and able to answer all of my questions. The only issue I had was that they’re automated portal system asked me to upload my ID twice into their portal. However, when I spoke with someone, the issue was cleared up immediately. The viewing process went great. Overall, my experience with RPM Select was excellent!!!!!

The text approval to view properties is extremely slow. It can take up to an hour for a approval response via text. My approval came in 2 minuyes before I was ro view the property. It makes it hard to plan accordingly. Paolo was helpful as I was on the way to the property and he was able to send a code right away once I got there.
