I’ve lived at The Lodge for a little over a year now and I’m really grateful to have found this place. The office staff are AMAZING. This property is really big and has a lot of amenities. There’s a park with a large field for kids (and pets) to run and play; a pool area with a hot tub and bbq grills, and a gym too! There’s a bunch of other stuff like garages you can rent and a mailroom with package lockers you can sign up for as well. This property is great for people with dogs of all sizes as well. I decided to upload some pictures of my apartment so you can better gauge the size of a 2x2 unit that has stuff in it. This place is great! I’d recommend this place to everyone.

Best Apartment complex ever lived in! Friendly tenants. Considerate Management. Well maintained garden with flowering bushes and plants (not sterile). Best part of the complex is the green grass for tenants to use for leisure without any condescending signage. Children and family are constantly found outdoors in the playground and grassy area, a sure sign of being safe and comfortable. The gazebo at the far end is another opportunity for working or spending a quiet time on the phone. Best of all is the doggie play times of the grass. We need more of such friendly atmosphere for family!

Based off these reviews, the place is greedy and doesn’t care. I’m guessing that’s why today, several people pet and passed by a one eyed pregnant cat. Based on how comfortable the cat was I’m sure it frequents that place. Maybe for strays the complex doesn’t care. But I feel like a one eyed pregnant cat could become an issue. If the maintenance was more people oriented and caring, they’d help. But I can see it’s solely and ONLY based on money. I tried for 2 hours to get the cat because I watched with my own eyes maintenance, random tenants, and kids just PASS it. I’m not God or a professional home buyer, but the way people treat animals especially ones in need, says a lot about their character as a human being.

I’m not gonna tell you to stay away but I’m listing some facts that I encountered for the last 2 months.
• On 11/14/22 unknown shooting
• On 11/03/22 mailbox vandalism
• Both incidents ended with neither explanation nor accountability although there are surveillance cameras
• There is no portal to submit maintenance requests
• Limited maintenance team for more than 150 units
• Stained cabinets & drawers, antique appliances, & dirty amenities

Also, it took me a month to get the leasing office attention to evaluate my note in their “check-in” list. Here is another month passing by & they haven’t fix/replace what they promise to do!

I had to give a holding deposit when I applied for an apartment and before I knew if my application was approved or how much the move-in deposit would be. I was advised that if I cancelled my application, that my holding deposit would be refunded in 3-5 business days. It has now been 6 business days and I have still not received my holding deposit. It just doesn't make sense to me to be required to pay a holding deposit before your application is even approved. It is not fair that you are given a timeline of when you would receive your refund and when this timeline passes, you are simply told to call the third party agency who took your money in the first place.

We moved out over a month ago and we are still waiting for our deposit. I have tried to call several times only to get a recorded message which then hangs up. After four attempts we gave up. The lodge was kind to answer our calls as long as we paid our rent. Now after three years of paid rent, the lodge won’t even take our call.
