Louie helped every step of the way. He was professional but easy to talk to. If he didn't know something he would do his homework an get back to us asap. He didnt procrastinate when it came time to sending us paperwork to sign and submitting it. He was in constant contact with everyone involved, making sure things were done correctly and getting back to us with answers to our many questions. He showed us the best houses in our budget and did not allow us to settle for anything less than we deserved. We were able to close escrow early and he made sure we had the keys to our new home that morning. If we happen to buy another home we would definitely be coming back to Louie.
