First of all awesome! awesome! awesome! I had an exceptional experience working with with Peter Karlin and his team. They made the mortgage process smooth, efficient, and stress-free. Their expertise, communication and dedication to finding the best options for me were truly impressive. I’m a first time homebuyer and as expected, i had so much questions and doubts on rates, closing cost, paperworks and how the communication will be between all parties involved. Peter gave us hour long advises and options even before we had a contract. He and his team were always responsive, patient, and willing to explain any terms in a clear and concise manner. He made commitments and fulfilled it. Results were simply outstanding as he guaranteed. Bank commitment got confirmed in literally 2 days and our closing was done in about 14 days or so. I highly recommend Peter if you want someone reliable, knowledgeable, patient and of course caring. Can’t thank enough for all his guidance. We had a very short contract to closing time only because of his connections to lenders and instant follow ups. I can only give 5 starts here in this review but if i were to choose a number, it would have been filled with as many digits as possible. Anyone looking for a loan out there, i highly advise to check out with Peter for once even if you have found someone to be your broker. Peter wouldn’t have to change your mind, you would be doing so in 10 minutes within the conversation.
