Finding a house is easy but lack of funds could easily kill your dream of owning a home.
After finding a house we needed someone to help us achieve our home ownership dream. Ian; our real estate agent introduced us to Hayden(loan officer) I and my wife are happy for the way Hayden took us through the Load process. He is knowledgeable and informative. He was able to advice us on what to do before and during the loan process and we are happy because he was able to get us a very good interest rate. Above all, he stayed in touch with us during the proces. After Closing Escrow and moving in, Hayden went beyond loan process because he contacted us to find out how we are liking the neighborhood and he suggested places for us to go eat and have fun. I highly recommend him.
