Working with Gardner and his team was a tremendously positive experience. They are very responsive, highly knowledgable, and give you straight forward answers and information without being pushy or intimidating. I got my rates in the first phone call over the phone, which was a unique and refreshing experience amongst most of the phone calls I had. Their rate was a minimum of 1/4 percent lower than any other lender, which will mean thousands of dollars in savings over the life of the loan. They do charge a percentage for their services, but even with that paid, my closing costs were not higher than any other estimates I got. In return for the fee, they took care of everything, including filling the applications, helping me draft the letters I had to provide, and Gardner arranged all the necessary steps to come together flawlessly, with my refinance closing in around 21 days! Most delightfully, they sent someone to my house with the closing documents, which was really great. Having dealt with a major bank previously for my initial mortgage, I can say that Gardner & team removed all the headaches of the process while keeping me informed to the level of my comfort. I recommend them with great enthusiasm.

I would like to start with saying how wonderful it was to speak with Mr. Gardner Cummings president of the Funding Store. He explained the entire process with refinancing a new mortgage he made it very easy. He walked me through the entire process and with the assistance of his staff (Vicky), I flew through the application.
