Before contacting Grayton, I was having an absolutely horrific time vetting out lenders who could accommodate me being self-employed. I went through the wringer with other traditional lenders, wasting time and going through unnecessary hurdles. In addition, these lenders were not as knowledgeable about self-employed business mortgages and overlooked important details that Grayton understood.

I thought that obtaining financing was going to be the hardest part of my purchase journey, but to my surprise, it was actually the easiest! There was never a hidden surprise.
