Worst Property management company I've ever dealt with. I would like to give them -1 stars but it was not an option.

They are non responsive, non professional and go out of their way to ignore safety and health issues for their tenants. This is my first experience with true SLUMLORDS! The only option tenants have to get a response from At work properties is by taking legal action or reporting violations to the proper housing authorities.

They expect you to step up and pay your rent on time but that's pretty much it. If you are looking for a place infested with cockroaches, homeless people, and health and safety violations, then this is the property management company for you. They will lock you into a 12 mo. lease then ignore their responsibility to provide a safe and clean living environment or make even the simplest repair.

I will make sure that I never deal with Atwork property management and I strongly advise them to step up and take care of the properties they manage. Tenants have rights to live in a clean, safe, and healthy environment. It is what we pay for!!!!!!

Really sketchy and scumy company, won't answer phone calls, won't get back to you when you call in a work order, and will actively avoid you. Lease under as an absolute last resort as it's just slightly better than sleeping on the sidewalk.

Posting rentals with incorrect price, probably to drum up business. Very poor reviews by others posted on their website. They posted on craigslist a very nice home for $850. Instead of $1850.
