I’d give them 0 stars if I could. Absolutely disgusted with the poor treatment of the elderly at my parents senior living. I have left messages, sent multiple emails to these people with not one response. To the point where I’m calling over and over for an hour hoping the person will pick up. No one replies, nothing gets resolved. As for on site managers, they don’t care even when you try get answers in person. Don’t ever consider hiring them to manage your property.

Hello Arrowhead housing, can you please help me. I have lived here for 3 years. Last year I started having issues with the AC unit. I would run it just as advised, however the temperature would rise past the 74 I set it at and will rise to 80 degrees. This happens pretty much every day. I have placed over 5 work orders with the same description explaining the issue and I keep getting the same response. This apt faces the sun and it gets hot out in Sacramento. These are not viable responses for me, as I pay for working appliances. I have listened to all AC staff and have abided by their advice however my AC unit is still not working properly and is not getting fixed. I am desperately asking for help past the help that I have already asked for and is NOT WORKING.
Respectfully from a tenant who would like to continue living here with proper living conditions

HORRIBLE company. I rent a house in East Sac with this company being the so called managers. Maintenance requests through portal are ignored. If I try to follow up with a phone call, text, email , all ignored. After hours emergency number is not a real number because it is never answered. When and if I finally get a response they are rude, unprofessional and full of excuses. Rats, no hot water, plugged sink, garage door would not open so couldn't get to clothes and other items for 8 days because washer and dryer in garage . Rats running through house, chewed and destroyed numerous items, shoes, blankets, ect. Smell of dead rats coming from closet. All ignored until I had to call the owner of home. Do not employee this company or rent a property they manager!

These guys are an absolute nightmare to deal with. If you want your tenants rights violated definitely rent from these guys bc they will do it on a regular basis. We just filed litigation against them. We've had apartment managers break into our house to our cieling collapse in and every horrible rude interaction you can imagine in between all that. They not only tried to make our rent triple when we said there are serious damages to this place ,we had to sue them and have a judge tell them they legally can not do that. This place is an absolute nightmar3. I can't wait for our next court date to show the judge all the sht they've done to us.

I am an resident at an apartment complex that Arrowhead Housing manages. The manager at my complex Erin, and the maintenance manager John are top notch. They are to be commended for their excellent work ethic, and ability to effectively deal with difficult situations. In addition, they both have excellent people skills.

Slow to get anything that's not an emergency to them. Police constantly coming here after the same people over and over and Manager isn't doing anything about it. Nor is she the one even calling.
