They want you to apply and pay a fee before showing you an apartment. Never have I been asked to do that I have been renting for 10 years. Normally you get to view and see if your interested then you apply. Can you imagine if every company did that. SMH

Amazing people! Vici and Tammy are wonderful. They answer any questions we have and get back to us about anything we need in a timely manner. The maintenance man is wonderful as well. These are the most unprofessional bunch of people I have ever dealt with. Such ignorance and blatant lying! I own a 8000 sq ft building and have a dozen tenants. I would never dream of treating them they way this wretch treated me!
I would not allow them to manage my CHICKEN COOP! Go back to school and learn how to be a business person or STAY HOME!

This property management goes above and beyond. They work with you as much as possible I have gotten covid and they understood and recently got covid again. Like they have mentioned it comes to a point where it's the owners who makes the last call. Very perfessional and understanding. No complaints in 4 years.

Tehama Property Management has managed eight of our rentals over the past 1-2 years. Tyler and Vici (owners) are extremely professional, responsive, and attentive to both our needs and the needs of our tenants. We have only heard good things about them from all of our tenants. We highly recommend them for all aspects of property management.

In reading some of the absolutely ridiculous reviews on here, a quote comes to mind: "Live your life so that if someone says something bad about you, no one would believe it"... Tyler and Vici are the perfect example of this. Anyone that has ever done business with them, or known them on a personal level, would not take any of this seriously.

I am a tenant with TEHAMA PROPERTY MANAGEMENT and I absolutely love them. They are quick on maintenance requests and whatever other problems you do have and very professional. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
