It was a great pleasure purchasing a house through Shari. She was listing a house we were very interested in. When the arrangement to see the house with a Buyer’s agent fell through, we reached out to her directly. We were so comfortable with her that we proceeded to engage her to be our Buyer’s agent in the transaction, as well as the Seller’s agent.
In principal, I think it’s always best to have both parties represented by their own agents, to it says a lot about Shari’s honesty, transparency and professionalism that we chose to have her double-end the transaction.
She was highly professional throughout. We had numerous questions about the property (well speed, water quality, pest control, HVAC, plot mat, etc., etc.). She and her assistant managed to answer them all. She also gave us useful referrals.
Most notably, when the escrow of the house we were concurrently selling slipped, Shari kept communications smooth between us and the Seller. We love our new home and are very grateful to Shari for handling the transaction for us.

We had set up a walk through for a home in Sonora. When we got there we met Stacy , who was the realtor for the house. We ended up not going for that house but Stacy became our realtor from that point on. She helped us with what areas are best for our children, school districts and really anything else we could think of we'd turn to her. She is such a warm person and always happy to help. She even climbed up our snow covered driveway with us to do the final walk through!
We couldn't be happier in our home buying journey, thanks to Stacy

Erik showed me a listing that he had for several months and literally knew nothing about it. He was also unwilling to show the property, coming up with a lot of excuses so he wouldn't have to "waste his time". After hassling with him on the phone, he showed the listing, his energy was showing frustration and wanting to go home; he also did not bother to call me about updates on the property....People like this shouldn't be in real estate if the enjoyment and good attitude is not there.
