It’s tucked away close to freeway and downtown every time I have gone there there was a crew busy doing things blowing leaves etc seemed quiet and I wouldn’t have any problem being comfortable there if the price is right

I don't live here but we stopped in for a birthday party hosted in the rec room. Very spacious, clean area. Well equipped to house the 30 guest. 2 restrooms full kitchen and a pool table! There is a swimming pool out back that looked nice but its February... Fun times!

I live here this is my home. It's a unique Mobile home Park in that you purchase the property with your mobile home additionally you become one of the owners of the association. Our homes are modular and most of them have two car garages and quite a few of them have lovely views.

Awesome senior living park. Best in Grass Valley by a long shot. Park is owned by the residents, which keeps costs way down. Residents take pride in their sites and public spaces, and it shows.

Its a typical hood,the neighbors are so nosey,that Pinocchio has new competition,why can't humans just be friendly and keep their judgements and nose to themselves,people visit,but its so intriguing that they must be spies,or worse...hunan.
