I owned a home in Auburn Ca and I hired Sean and Colette to sell my home. The real estate activity came to a slow, so there were tons of showings as well as we had two offers that fell through before we finally got wonderful buyers for our home. It was a lot more paperwork and hassle because of the fallen through deals but Sean and Colette were patient and professionally focused till the end. They are a delight to work with and definitely have your best financial interest at heart. I will recommend them to anyone I know looking to sell a home.

Sean Palmer sold 3 of my homes OVER my asking price. I would not recommend another realtor to get the job done. Sean is very experienced, and he has been in the business for years.
