In the summer, We were stressed trying to work on our home and get it ready to be sold on the market. We basically got it a bunch of it ripped apart and never put it back together. I got a letter from alot of investors but most didn't feel genuine. I checked out valley home offers and a couple other companies and decided to get offers on them all. Rashad came in the highest by a little and i felt more comfortable working with him over the other two companies anyway. I was happy I did and now we are off looking for another home, hopefully forever.

Valley Home Offers contacted me about selling my duplex in Antioch. I had tenants in there that moved in all their little neighborhood buddies. I ended up with a severely damaged property in both of the units and a “squatter” situation cause I couldn’t get these people out. Someone in their company set an appointment for Rashad to come out and he made an offer for the property like it was with those people in there. I couldn’t be happier to not have to deal with those people, the city or seeing all their junk out front anymore.

May was the lady who answered the phone when I called. She was patient as I had a lot of question in the beginning. She connected me with Rashad and he was the one who came out to my house to meet me. We sat in the living room and spoke for a while. He made us an offer and wasn't pushy about it. It was actually more than i thought i would get for my house since it needed a lot of work. I decided to let go of our childhood family home, and I'm glad i did.
