I was very pleased with the excellent service my loan officer gave me. My loan officer always kept me up to date throughout the loan process. I have always used Jim Smith as the loan officer when I represent the buyer during a real estate transaction, and so far we have successfully closed every transaction in record time with very happy buyers. And this time I was the client and very satisfied with his service. Jim was awesome! He is honest, trustworthy, and very knowledgeable. Jim the loan officer, was great to work with. He made the whole process as painless as possible. He presented my file to underwriting in such a organized way that they only needed a couple more very quick and easy items. Everything went very smooth and timely, closed escrow in about 3 weeks. Highly reccommend.
