This was by far the most amazing experience I have ever had with any lender. I only was able to get the property we wanted so badly based on Jim and Chaz helping me out with a Bridge Loan that I never thought I would qualify for. For selling our home to solidify the contract on a new one, we reached out to Jim and within less than 24 hours after providing the required documentation which was not a big deal we had the approval letter For fairly substantial bridge loan if needed to make our transaction happen. Worst experience ever with more then 10 loan closings since first real estate purchase. INVESTORS BEWARE, Jim will claim he can handle investment purchases then at last minute will claim that your asking for the near impossible, increase fees etc... Would NEVER use Jim again. His "team" is not able to step in if he is not available, one man show.
