We had a terrible experience with Mary Margaretich, who represented the buyers in the sale of our house. She was pushy and demanding, and seemed to have a personal vendetta against us. Her confrontational style did not serve her clients at all well, as we had no desire to cooperate with the buyers in making the transaction go smoothly. Our experience was so poor that I will not sell a house again if she represents the buyers.
