First off I want to say how amazing the mortgage chicks are!!

When I first started my homebuying process, it was a disaster disappointing to say the least. I had started escrow on a home that had a lot of hidden issues, and the biggest problem was the loan to say the least, but I walked away from that transaction. I switched over to Rocio and when I say, she makes things happen, she makes things happen from day one she was nonstop. Rocio is a beast but more than that she’s upfront straightforward gives you the good the bad and the ugly. She guides you and helps you navigate through it all. One of her quotes that holds true is that the relationship between the Loan Officer and the buyer begins after the close of escrow. She’s not just trying to get your business and complete the transaction. She also making a connection for life. I think I bugged Rocio more than anyone’s ever bugged anyone, and she always stayed professional cheerful, helpful, and positive. I cannot recommend Rocio and her team enough. She wasn’t just my loan person, she is now a friend. That’s the type of relationship you want to have when you are purchasing your home. Thank you once again, Rocio. I am so happy in my home.
