My husband and I just closed on our first home with Jose Mendez. When I began this process back in December, I reached out to him not even being serious, and thinking there was nothing he could do to help. We were in our rental home for nearly 10 years and found out they were thinking of selling it. To be completely honest, I wanted to be a homeowner but also didn’t care to at the same time. Kimberly was awesome! She worked long and tireless hours to make sure we understood what home buying actually meant, almost to where we could honestly do the process again next time with very little help. She didn’t treat us like a commission or pressure us into anything we didn’t want to do. When we met her she didn’t feel like a salesman, but rather someone we could trust our concerns with, like a mentor. Kimberly never left us with any questions and walked us through every single contract and clause so we could understand it. She even went as far as to answer her phone during weekends and help us immediately when conflicts arose. She never left us waiting and got back really quickly. It felt so reassuring to have Kimberly on our side.

Jose Mendez helped my husband and I as first time homebuyers and we couldn’t be happier and thankful. He made the whole process as easy as possible and was available to talk on the phone or text at all times. I am so happy that we were able to use him throughout this process. I couldn’t recommend him more - he really is the best in the business! If we needed numbers ran for a quote on a home we were interested in he was quick to get back to us.
