My partner and I had a great time staying in downtown Truckee, which is one of our favorite places to visit for skiing. We had never stayed in this particular property before and LOVED it. The Tahoe Signature Properties was very responsive and dropped off dishwasher pods within 30 minutes of our request upon finding them missing from the rental. And the owners left a sweet welcome gift too. The place was tidy, cozy, pet friendly, and in easy walking distance to restaurants.

Beautiful home!! so clean and you can tell a lot of thought was put into it. Tahoe Signature Properties was wonderful to work with, great communication and care. This house is stocked! I've never seen a rental kitchen with this much thought put into it, perfect if you love to cook. Hot tub was fantastic. Beds and sheets were luxury. Couch was so comfortable I want to buy it for my house. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

We headed to Tahoe for skiiing and relaxation. This was an Outstanding place! 5 Stars! Clean and quiet and perfect. One of the best VRBO’s we have stayed at EVER, and we VRBO alot! We had zero issues (well, maybe 1 kinda dirty frying pan) but that’s being picky! Seriously, a VERY nice and well planned community, handled the cold and snow very well. Everything was just perfect. Even the the Security Guard was kind and the gate adds beautifully to the safety and privacy. This is what a VRBO should be, everything just worked and the place was well stocked. We really treated the place like our own! We hope to return soon! And special thx for letting us in a day early last minute too in order to avoid driving in a pretty bad storm.

This was the most responsive property management company I've come across in decades of renting in Tahoe. We had a smoke detector (12 feet up on the ceiling) beeping in the bedroom with a low-battery, and it started at 8:30pm. We had a maintenance person there within 30 minutes to replace the battery! Very impressed with the cleanliness and condition of the unit and the customer service during our stay.

This location hosted a cozy group of 5 couples (each got their own room) and a dog! Hot tub was heated all throughout the weekend to relax after cold days and kitchen had lots of equipment to cook meals at home. You'll need to bring your own cooking oil but there're many grocery stores <10min drive away so we were able to make multiple trips to get what we need.

Rented a cabin in Truckee and it was wonderful. Very clean, well stocked with supplies and the management company checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. Will definitely book through Tahoe Signature Properties again soon!

Great place. The house was beautiful and nicely decorated. The gas fireplace was a plus on chilly nights. I loved that all the TVs were smart TVs so you could cast from your phone. The place was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures
