John and Jen are extraordinary real estate agents. They are dedicated to doing the best for their clients. We used them to sell our house in a challenging market. They came up with a number of creative ways to market our house, worked tirelessly to host several open houses and went out of their way to follow up with prospective buyers. They communicated with us every step of the way during the process so we knew what was happening and stayed with us during some interesting negotiations until the house was sold and the deal was closed. John Bray Realty is really good. He is knowledgeable about the area, procedures for buying and selling, and he actually listens to the client about their needs and desires for finding a house they want or need, or in selling their home. I am a first time home buyer And growing up I was told my entire life that buying a home was the most difficult thing I was ever going to do. And at first I thought that everyone was going to be right. But Bray real estate showed me that it can be a pleasant experience. I had a different real estate company, whom I will not mention. But here are some of the things that Bray real estate does: they stay in contact with you for the entire process And that communication is done in whatever format you see fit. She completely works around your schedule always understanding that family is very important. Jennifer not only made us feel welcome when we had no idea what we were doing. She also showed us a lot of opportunities that we didn’t even know that we would love! She just finds a way, and it’s like watching a magician pull a rabbit out of a hat. I would recommend Jennifer 1000 times again. And will never work with anyone else.

I was lucky to find Bray Homes Realty at a time when I was searching on my own. John Bray helped me right from the start- first in really understanding what I wanted, what I could afford and how to find it. And then sticking with me until I did. I was searching during Covid- so the landscape and the rules were different. Cash buyers were buying homes site unseen. Competition was fierce. I put offers on several properties but lost out to higher bids or quicker closing times or even the waiving of all inspections. John never let me lose hope and never stopped working hard for me. And we found the right place. Turns out those other "lost bids" were a blessing. And the home I finally found has been exactly the one I was meant to find. Buying a house is a stressful process in general. Working with Jenn made the process seamless. She is detail oriented and goes the extra miles to make sure every aspect of the sale goes smoothly.
