I do NOT understand how this company has good reviews. The women that work there are rude. My interactions with Vanessa were the worst. They try to scam you for everything that they can and take advantage of how desperate ppl are for housing in Watsonville. They charge for everything including $150 to clean a dirty toilet that they dirtied-they went to the house after we turned in the rental and they left feces in the toilet then claimed it was us. They are absolutely the worse.
