Poorly run, constant turnover of staff, hack maintenance, poor communication unless it’s your monthly reminder that your rents do! Property owners if you value your property or your tenants use somebody else.

They are great they have new workers in the office and they make you feel not left out as a tenant. Making sure all the work orders on your house have been met. Everytime I requested minor fixes they have been very quick to get someone out to our rental property. Have been with them for a year now and so far everything is going well.

They are very friendly and kind when you walk in and they will get you a rental, but when you move out you will pay for a cleaning fee $200 buck. Even if you spend two days making the place better than you moved in. Also they will charge you for things that were missing when you moved in. I wouldn't rent from these people. Bend you over and smile. My deposit was $1250 left the place better than when I moved in and only got back $747. So if you hate $500 bucks then rent from them.

Never was able to see 279 Alouette #3. And #4 ne t door had multiple dogs which barked constantly and whose owners did not clean dog messes from front patio. P.U.

Very rude over the phone! Jessica said she was going to give me a refund on my application fee since she never even ran it but never did. The male receptionist was rude and sounded incredibly bored. Very corporate and not into customer service at all.
