He responded to my texts, it didn't matter what day or time. He waited when we were ready but from time to time would follow up with us but not pushy. He talked to the building owner for us & met us at the location few times. I would highly recommend working with Adam. He will definitely help you!

Hannah at Pacific Coast Commercial represented me for a sale of an investment property in California (I’m out of state). I could not have asked for a better company and individual to represent me. I needed an expedited schedule and she not only ensured a rapid close, but proactively identified and helped resolve any obstacles. She researched all necessary local ordinances and contingencies to make sure I stayed informed on every step of the sale. She’s also the master of gentle reminders to make sure I was keeping up with all the necessary steps.

Her communications were very clear and prompt. She always took the time to listen to any concerns I had and hear them out. When issues arose she provided options, talked through them, and provided advice, but I never felt as though she was pressuring me or influencing my decision.

Apparently Eastgate was recently purchased by this company (so I am told) and forgot to forward still active contracts ("Eastgate related") to the newly assigned property manager ("Kathy") who has no idea of what's going on. Kathy is not only giving out WRONG information to relevant business leases, but she's also authorizing building door replacements (without prior owner notice or consent) and insisting the owners make building modifications not authorized under the business owner's current contract. Will update this review as things progress.
