Recently sold our primary residence in South Lake Tahoe using the Pinnacle Real Estate Group. We wanted the Souers to list the property, once you have them as your AGENTS, they work as a team. They can do it all, from beginning to closing, They have the solutions, the contacts, the experience and knowledge. They are very hands on. The best you'll find in South Lake Tahoe. Highly recommend this agency.

"The benefits of a hands on local management company are many but the piece of mind knowing that your valuable Lake Tahoe property is being cared for meticulously and marketed to obtain the highest possible return is huge."
This is the statement that Pinnacle Real Estate/Tahoe Property Management makes on their web site. Nothing could be further from the truth. In fact, what they will do is put anyone in your property who they think will pay the rent. Never, ever check on them. Allow tenants to do anything and everything to damage your investment. Then to add insult to injury they will keep any deposit money that was paid as if it is their own little treasure chest.
In addition to all of their other despicable business practices, they engage in non-arms length transactions with cleaners, carpet suppliers, painters and other contractors and service providers who provide them with a profit margin/kickback in exchange for services. So your money being stolen by all of the people they do business with and then kicked back to them.
Please be advised to work with any other property management company before these people.
When I read the above about property "being cared for meticulously" really I can only laugh, it does no good for me to cry and thus add to the pain and suffering my family has endured because of Pinnacle Real Estate Group and Tahoe Property management.
