Had a phenomenal experience purchasing a vehicle from Herb at this dealership. Very direct, honest, and transparent. He was kind and respectful. He was patient with the customer, and very knowledgeable of vehicles. Finance manager was a pleasure to work with as well. Entire process was fast and seamless. Don't bother with this dealership. They play games and put you through the grind to break down any mental fortitude you have in order to rip you off.

Wanting to sell my car, I came in to get an appraisal. Was told it'd be no problem and only take a few minutes. After giving some preliminary info, I was left alone for 20 min...no explanation of what they were doing or what I should expect. Finally, the "buying manager" (different person than who initially helped me) came out. Didn't greet me, refused to give his name, and proceeded to ask invasive, personal, and probing questions. I stated my honest intentions: simply give me a value for my car so I can consider selling. As soon as they realized I wasn't going to part with the car that very moment, they refused to give a value. I get that it's a business, but getting an appraisal seems pretty basic, which they refused to do. At the end of all this, I was fed up and left, having wasted my time and no closer to understanding my car's worth. At the end of the day, it's best to avoid this place. They use cheap bullying tactics and manipulation to prey on anyone who they can take advantage. BEWARE.

This is my fault that I thought that Toyota gave me the right part and threw the receipt. When I took the part to a garage to put the new part in, the mechanic at the store told me that I got the wrong part. I did not fix it right away. I bought it new 3 months ago or longer, Toyota refused to exchange to the right part. I did not check if the part from Toyota gave me was the right one but I thought foolishly they gave me the right part since they know my car, year and model. When I went to the dealer, I felt they showed me the attitude that why I even went there trying to exchange the right part. Yes, I know now. I should not go there again anymore.

Terrible experience with this dealership. Please be patient to read this lengthy message. I would give zero stars, if available.

I wanted to buy an used car and found one that I like with this dealer. I called and asked for any negotiation in price. As I was coming from a long distance, I wanted to make sure everything right before driving to the dealership. One of its staff members said that negotiation is possible but asked me to come to see the car. I went there driving for more than 2 hours. The person who talked to me over phone handed over the business to another person and gone for the day.
While talking, they asked me to buy that I don't need- anti theft alarm, and some coat (I don't know what it was) etc. I refused. Then I asked for any reduction in price as promised over phone.

It's evening manager, Mr Roho came and started arguing with me. He was rude and very adamant to stick to the price they quoted. I didn't like his attitude. Still, as I need the car very badly, drove 2+ hours, I agreed to the price and started signing the papers.

Then came it's finance manager. I didn't like his attitude as well. It was as if "you take it or leave it, we don't budge on any of the prices." Then, I got upset and asked why did you lure me here with a promise of negotiation. At this point, I didn't like their attitude and had a second thought of buying from them. So, I expressed my displeasure and asked if I can tell my decision by tomorrow.

Mr Roho came and said that they cannot wait till the next day; if I want the car I have finalize it then or I can leave without the car. He also accused me that I asked for the delivery of vehicle to my home. In fact, I didn't know if that there exits such a possibility. While talking, it's staff member told me that he could deliver the car to my home. I said ok. Mr Roho's accusation pissed me off. I condemned him and said I don't want any business with him and I am leaving. I left.

The next morning, the person who called me at first called and asked for details of why I didn't buy the car. I narrated the whole story. He apologized and told me that he had spoken to his Sr Manager and I could take the care home for $1300 less than the asking price. He asked me to come by Uber and take the care with me as delivery is difficult. I said fine. He finalized my appointment at 6:45pm via text.

Luckily, I went there in my car (not by Uber) and present myself at 6:20pm. Upon going there, I met the same Mr Roho and told that I came to take the car. He said that the car was sold in the afternoon. I got angry and wanted to see the person who was in touch with me or the Sr Manager. None of them were there.

I took the contact of Sr Manager and came home. Next day I called the Sr Manager and left a message. He was kind to return my call. He was at least polite (unlike other people I met in the dealership). I narrated the whole story. I questioned him why things happened that way. He apologized, admitted that he was the one who gave permission to sell the car for less and said that the car was sold to another.
I argued with him how that was possible? Was it not right to wait until the appointment time when you gave it in writing? He had no answer but he was telling the same story of selling in "first come first serve" policy. While talking to him, I understood he was told a different story by his staff. I also told him that I will be writing my bitter experience online.

This experience left a bad taste in my mouth. I have been using Toyota ever since I started driving in this country 25 years ago.The behavior of its dealership towards its loyal customers is abhorable.

Invoice # 62907, my privacy got invaded over there, they released information about my car and what’s going on with it by the phone to the towing company without my consent, leaving my car for 10 days while waiting for the part outdoors in excessive heat caused damage to my two front headlights finding in my driver seat on the floor, peanuts and other stuff someone looks like taking a break in my car, although I found a butterfly dead in my car too, I regret it to be there. I’ll make sure next time to take my business somewhere else.
