DO NOT BRING ANY VEHICLE HERE FOR SERVICING! I am filing complaints with the Bureau of Automotive Repair, DMV and The Department of Commissions. Service Techs have below standard work ethics and based on the way service tech 2942 could not properly place a hub cap back on my wheel, I do not believe this dealership service department employs tech that has proper credentials to work in a repair shop. I just needed brake pads replaced and immediately after the front strut fluids leaked out.(The same place that my brakes were replaced). Now I'm left with taking my care to a reputable dealership service department that can fix their mess. For the PR team, please do not respond with any "we regret that you had such a difficult experience", that doesn't make matters any different not does it show that your department would take steps to correct the costly mistake.

I had some less good experiences in dealerships, but this was by far the worst. I came to see a Nissan kicks there with my family. After some wait we were able to test drive it, so far so good. After we decided we want the car, they told me they need to ran credit checks. They told me it was a soft one, however, they ran a hard one which impacted my credit score negatively. After the credit check, they hit us with additional fees of 10k $ ( 5k $ of which they could not even explain to us what it is for). It took us 3h overall - utter waste of time. If you can, avoid this place. There are better places around.

Horrible customer service went in around 4pm to have my tire service first i was told there was no one there that could change my tire the workers I saw in the garage working on other vehicles engines aren’t capable of changing a tire ! They can work on someone’s engine but not change a tire!…waited 45 mins to be told they couldn’t service my tire due to the tire warranty claims department closed at 6pm cst time, when I was told prior to arrival tire was in stock service department manager was not helpful at all didn’t even offer to put my spire dummy tire on! Since my back passenger rear tire did require a brand new tire horrible sorry a*** customer service do not recommend to anyone purchasing or doing business with Gardena Nissan

Don't bother. Had set an appointment for an oil change for 4:00 pm when we took the car in, one of the service advisors denied service saying their last appointment was at 3:00 pm. So what is the point of setting an appointment if the dealership won't honor it ? I called the manager a few minutes after to get some clarity and understand why we had been denied service with an appointment. All he had to say was yeah that makes sense, our last appointment of the day is at 3 because our technicians leave at 3. That makes no sense because of your technicians are gone by 3 who is servicing the last 3 pm appointment ? I asked why there wasn't any communication because I'm sure we weren't the first to set an appointment for 4 pm, he said it was his first time hearing about that, they don't have anyone to manage appointments or to communicate with customers, they can only tell you had an appointment when you check in and even then it means nothing to them. I had called at 1:22 pm to get the final price of an oil change, i got the price and told the employee "sounds good, we have an appointment at 4pm we'll see you later" why wasn't i stopped and asked to come in sooner ? They have no communication skills or care for their customers time. When speaking to the manager, all he had to offer was me to bring in my car at 7 am. First of all, why would you inconvenience me if i was already there at my appointment time. I needed my car serviced on that day. I would have been able to take it at an earlier time had there been some form of communication. But instead, the manager pushed the blame on me saying this all occurred because i chose to set up the appointment online instead of calling. They claim to have no way to change the appointment times available online maybe because service hours should be until 6 instead of 3 pm? Avoid this place.
