Alex provided excellent service! He was professional, courteous and everything clearly. He even was able get my car’s serviced completed ahead of schedule.

They didn’t try to up-sell me an unnecessary service or pressure me into getting a service earlier than necessary. I appreciated the honest evaluation and advice.

I recently had my 2024 Honda Prologue serviced at Scott Robinson Honda, even though I didn't purchase the vehicle there. I was incredibly impressed with the service department, and especially the help I received from my service advisor, Oscar. He was friendly, professional, and took the time to thoroughly understand my concerns. He kept me updated throughout the service process, explaining what was being done and providing a clear timeline. When I picked up my car, Oscar went over everything in detail, ensuring I was completely satisfied. The service itself was also top-notch – my Prologue is running perfectly. While I didn't buy my car at Scott Robinson, their service department, and particularly Oscar's excellent customer service, has definitely earned my loyalty. I'll be bringing my Prologue back for all future service needs.

Upon checking in we were met by Randy who made sure to greet us and make us feel valued throughout the process. Called Scott Robinson Honda for service regarding a recall on my CR-V. Spoke with the service department, Sherry. She said parts had to be ordered, I would receive a callback the following week.

When she called, I was able to drop it off that evening for work the following day. It was recommended to do that.

The next morning, I got a call saying the car was finished...4 hours from beginning of service.

One thing I had asked to be added to the service was to check the brakes. It was not noted on the invoice when we dropped off the car.
