Poorly managed apartments. There is no apartment manager on-site. I’ve been living here for almost 8 years and mashcole property took over around 4 years ago. Ever since I have Faught with the apartment manager Wendy Cruz to come fix the overwhelming amount of mold in my bathroom, took 2 years for her to send someone to just come and paint over it. Then my cabinets have been falling apart all they did was place some nails. That’s just a small portion of All the problems this place has. So now we’re being evicted because we contacted the health department and they’re trying to say for non payment of rent when we have all receipts since 2016 when we moved in. All I’m saying is this place is just Mickey Moused and paint over big issues. If you find a better option other than this place trust me run with it.
