The associate Mr. Daniel was very courteous and very helpful professional. He was knowledgeable of all the different space storages. And just because of my experience today with him. I'm going to rent a storage at this location. This company needs to hire more professional with attitude like Mr. Daniel. And they should add him on the HR review hiring video for associates to learn the way you should treat customers.

I like this place but the attendant work on 2/16/25 at 11am was very rude she had the gate locked and she took 5 minutes letting us in and 3 minutes letting us out, when I walked up to the gate to put in my code she didn’t tell me it was locked that I couldn’t get out without her until I asked her why it wouldn’t open she then rolled her eyes without saying anything and then she finally opened the gate very unprofessional.

I have had storage space for over two years and they went up every year. They are all about the money and I eventually moved my items because I refused to pay over $300 for a basic small space. I found a space for half the price and I’m very happy and satisfied.
