I really would like to give them no stars!! I recently applied with them on 7/24/2016 and I was approved for an apartment in Hawthorne, they said you have until Friday to pay and you get your keys Monday, I replied saying ok I can leave the deposit however I will not leave you 2500$ and I have no keys. So Monday comes and they still have no keys because the manager who managed the apartment is Unreachable. Upon asking why can't you get in touch with gene the manager they said oh we don't know where he is or the keys😳 so I said to myself good thing I didn't leave my deposit or the full amount of 2500 to move into a building I never saw. They have been hanging up in my face after calling me back and saying I was approved!! They're very unprofessional and just take ppl 25$ for a credit check that was never ran because I checked my credit and it tells you when anyone has checked it or inquired!! Carla is the head honcho liar she's nice when you apply and after that she has the most rudest Indian/Ethiopian attitude ever. I love all ppl but this foreigner isCarla is a scam and look out because all the woman say they're Carla. Because there fraudsters don't ever rent here there buildings are ran down and outdated

SCAM ALAERT! Found a property on craigslist from them. The property manager would not answer his phone. When I finally got a hold of him, he gave me a another number to show the property. That person wouldn't answer the phone and when we finally talked, she rescheduled on me 2 times over. The last straw was when she called me at the time of the appointment to tell me she was barely waking up and would be a little late. I sat there for 45 minutes until I called her and found out she wasn't even on her way because she didn't even have the key! Unprofessional! This was over a one-two week period. After talking with the manager about the problems, they "all of a sudden" rented the property out to someone else without informing me that someone was already in negotiation in the first place. They are not interested in doing good business.

The first property I moved it too wasn't even ready by the time they said it would be. They didn't clean it up after the Micky mouse job they did on it. Brand new toilet seat with piss all over the seat. Water heater was missing parts so I didn't have hot water for the first month I lived there. Fist week after moving in my sink broke. Took them a week to get out there to fix it. Then all of a sudden the owner has a problem with my dog living with us. So they give me options to relocate to a different property where it will be okay to keep my dog or to move out by the end of the month. I was living in south central and they moved me to Compton. Twice the drive to work now. The second property was a dirty small house where they did nothing. The eviction notice was still on the door from the last people that lived there. I can go on and on about how bad this company is. So plain n simple don't even bother with these clowns.

Looked at a rental today and looked like it had never been maintained---truly has to be the worst property I've seen. Stairs coated with what looked like years of caked dust and other dirt, apartment wasn't cleaned, no gardening----filthy tops of trash cans you'd never want to touch, one with a big hole on the side, garage doors caked with dirt, etc. When mentioned the condition to employees, they seemed not to have a clue. Totally unprofessional staff.

Complete lack of maintenance or what you might call total and complete neglect. Can't understand why anyone would pay this company to do anything unless they're ill and unable to monitor what they are or are not doing.

Waste of time looking.

Horrible service. Applied 1week ago and havent received a call . I keep calling them and no response. I went to the office and they dont answer the door. On top of that the apartment was trash. Closet dorr in pieces. Stove and fridge were disgusting

They don't fix what's needed properly. Plumbing is always going wrong. Got roaches and mice and don't get the problem fixed. Never..😏😣😰👺👹
