What can I say? CRI has been excellent with my rental. The house was clean and ready for my move in. CRI is also quick with repairs and they accommodate my schedule. I rented several home over the years and CRI has been the best to work with!

The absolute best property managers you can ask for. I have to call out Edgar and Ana. I've just never had two people be more concerned about your situation not just as a tenant, but as a person. They don't just want to make sure that your issues are resolved, they want to make sure you're all set personally. Just have to thank them for being so speedy in resolving the very minimal issues I had as a tenant and for just being good people. If not for my job relocation, I'd have stayed longer. Regardless, thank you for an amazing year!

This is the first time I have ever rented a room in a shared house. The house is amazing. The kitchen is top notch and the house stays clean. I like where I am right now and Edgar (the house owner) has become a friend. We share the top floor in the house.

He has a job where he has to juggle the needs of the property owners while still keeping tenants happy. All while trying to raise a family and grow his company. I think I get to see things differently sharing the upstairs seeing how he is with his daughter and the dog. There have been some ups and downs in my times here, but as with everything in life it is a learning experience. With talking and getting to know Edgar, I have grown to love living in the house. We just had 3 people move out of the house and one is being contentious. He even came to me to get my opinion on the situation and to get my input on the best way to handle it. I see this as him trying to re-form the house as a cohesive living unit. That is way more than I think most landlords would do in a situation like this.

Just so you know, I rarely leave reviews. Would gladly rent from Edgar and CRI without a second thought. He takes care of problems quickly and professionally.

Edgar and his team are the best property management team I’ve ever worked with. I have them manage 3 different properties and they are always prompt, professional, and most importantly they are problem solvers (getting rid of bad tenants, fixing issues, etc). I also appreciate how they shop around for services/maintenance requests in order to save me money. I plan on giving all of my future rentals to them to manage.
