My family and I went to view a home with Sara and she was an absolutely a pleasure to work with. She was knowledgeable about the property and answered all of our questions. The property management company itself is also VERY good! We got quick responses to all of our questions and Angie (I think that was her name) was very transparent about everything including the application process. They have so many properties to choose from as well. I would 10/10 recommend this company and especially Sara!

Angie was so helpful and informative. Being across the country it can be daunting trying to find a new place to live and Angie was so kind and thorough with our conversation! Shortly after speaking with Angie, Sara called and was able to setup a virtual showing of the apartment complex we were interested in. She took the time to walk us through every part of the apartment and was able to answer all of our questions! We are so grateful for both Angie and Sara’s assistance with finding a great place to live.

We’ve had the pleasure to work with a few RPM representatives. In particular, at the time of our tour, Erika was helpful in providing my family with details on our new place. She set good expectations for the application process. Our leasing agent, Angie, has been very responsive and professional throughout the application and move-in process.

My family did experience inconsistency with the terms of the lease contract, as produced by Perry, Senior Property Manager. This made the actual move-in process a bit challenging. We had to sign an addendum last minute and this lead to extra steps we had to take.

On move-in day, we picked up keys from Kelly. He was given notice of our experience and was apologetic. He assured us that our experience moving forward will be great and that if we ever need anything, to send an email and use the RPM app for requests.

Overall, we’re good with the service RPM has provided. We look forward to working with RPM. The property we’re in is a perfect fit and in great condition!

My boyfriend and I were given a tour by Sara for one of the Long Beach apartments. The apartment matched the listings photos to a T, and the exterior and interior of the apartment was really well maintained. The outside common area was definitely a favorite from places I have toured.
Sara was really knowledgeable and gave us tips regarding parking, and even different activities around the area. She really was very pleasant and helpful 😊

As with any property management company - document everything! Thank God I did because Im sure I wouldn't have gotten my deposit back without it. I waited to write this review because the electronic check they say they issued took over a week to clear.
Communication was not good. Very rarely would someone answer the phone and it often took a week for someone to respond to voice mail. Email communication from them has a 'do not reply' or some electronic gibberish, that automatically gets kicked back if you try to reply.
Maintenance request ignored, canceled, and outright denied. As an example-reports of rodents in the garage were marked complete because they made a phone call to tell me it would take too much $ to make appropriate repairs. Also I had to make maintenance requests for basic property maintenance like weeds, trash, and general grime that built up.
There were pet fees, garage fees, and they always raised the rent every chance they could. Of course, within the law, but they found ways to add fees that are repeated every month. Technology fees, and in the past couple of years, a "Resident Rewards Program" that cost even more.
This Resident Rewards Program did nothing new, it was just an elaborate way for the property management company to get tenants to agree to sell their data.
Rented from this management company for 6 years. Would not recommend.
