Working with JRealty has been a terrible experience! They are anything but professional, unresponsive, and seem completely uninterested in making the process smooth or manageable. Dylan and Nick, in particular, were unhelpful throughout the rental process. Our questions were met with delays, vague answers, or outright neglect, and nothing was handled efficiently or with care.

Contacted this company to see a property listing from Zillow and got bad vibes from the start. The part that's super shady is their process to make an appointment where they give you an option to verify yourself to use a lockbox and ask for your social security number. I went with this process and somehow got disapproved and when I called, the person over the phone couldn't tell me why and said appointment with agent is only option. Now they have my social and this whole process seemed shady since they couldn't give a reason why my identity couldn't be verified. From there, making the in person appointment literally was a super uncomfortable process where they treat you like a commodityy similar to how Blackstone or any large corporation would treat you. The final straw was after setting the appointment for the next day, 2 hours before it, the agent emailed me saying appointment was canceled due to accepting another application. Definitely for the best since bad vibes from the start.

I had some issues with my bathroom door, ceiling fan and an electrical plug. I contacted them via their online database and they fixed my issues within 48 hours. It's nice to know that they take the time to fix their tenants apartment quickly and efficiently!
