Been very disappointed with the customer service after we built the home. A bunch of issues with the heating, and our framing NOT resolved. It’s been two years.

I bought a home here.
Future buyer beware. The area is connected to a power source with lines above ground. Weve had 3 power outages 2 of which has lasted longer 24 hours! Toll brother/plum canyon homes down the street would have power OR have outages lasting only a couple of hours. You pay melo roos here and i truly believe this is unacceptable. Something to think about before you leave a deposit for your future home.

P.S. i have only lived here for 2 months. 3 power outages. One on thanksgiving.
