Jared and his team were fantastic!! From the pre-listing meeting Jared explained the selling process. This was followed by pictures, videos and drones taking overhead shots. The pictures came out amazing. From the first day the home was listed there were multiple showings. We listed on a Thursday. Open house was held on Sunday. The home was under contract by Monday after receiving multiple offers above asking price. The first contract fell through, but Jared had a second contract signed the next day.
