I would give this place zero stars if I could. The trash is always overflowing. They don't enforce any sort of cleanliness. Dog shit everywhere. Took them 2 months to give me keys to the mail room and laundry. Management always roll their eyes at any inquiry. Wackaville's finest.

Some of management can be rude. Washers and dyers are constantly in repair because they refuse to get new laundry equipment. Pool has been closed on the 210 side for almost a year now, not to forget how they get it grow green with algae for like 6 months.
For the price and location, absolutely not worth it.
Oh did I mention how I've lived thru 4 deaths in the neighborhood. Very safe part of town!!
Only recently did they take care of the homeless problem, oh wait that wasn't actually Quail Run management, it was a different construction company that bought out the empty lot that all the homeless people camped at right next door to the apartments.

Very Poor Service Poor business ethics. The maintenance people are very nice but when they get the work orders is anyone's guess. Upon moving out they said our apartment was great and we would only be charged for carpet cleaning that was $100. 4 weeks later we received a bill from them for $150. They kept our entire deposit and tried charging us an additional $150 for cleaning. When we asked to see a detailed statement they refused. A week later we had our deposit back. Be very careful! Know your rights as a renter!!

Front desk has horrible attitude. Maintenance "fixes" something, and it breaks again a week later. They give short notice whenever doing renovations, not giving enough time for tenants to move their vehicles, so they tow them. The whole complex has constant theft, trash scattered around, drug deals, etc. It's not a good place to live.

Right off the bat, the ONE person to rate this complex as excellent... you MUST be someone who either works for it or is trying to do them a favor. No REAL tenant would have such a positive review which is made more than clear from EVERY OTHER REVIEW you fake.

There are a great number of issues I have with this complex; Firstly, they show little care for the overall upkeep of the grounds. In front of my unit is a giant pothole they dug for goodness knows why and 3 weeks later it's still just sitting there! They let plants leading into walkways grown ridiculously high which leads to me walking through webbing every time I leave my unit.

The parking lot is a joke where your assigned space isn't even next to your own unit and the vacant spots are full of idle vehicles that management refuses to do anything about.

The management at this complex is horrific. They have one person working in the office at any given time and she is very poorly informed to answer any questions. In my time living here I have NEVER seen a manager actually in that office. They refuse to show any aid or concern to my questions and needs and won't even speak to me directly; instead you have to play messenger with the one person working their office!

To bluntly describe this management, they are extremely lacking in personability and totally unwilling to help you as an individual, treating you as only a monthly income.

Do yourself a favor and find living accommodations elsewhere.

lived here for 6 months. Kept our apartment clean and clutter free. We found cockroaches in the kitchen first. Second a month later found them in the second bedroom. Then.. the continuously were found crawling out of our bathroom sliding door wall space. We reported it to the office ladies named Pracilla and she brushed it off as "water" bugs not cockroaches. They were 100% giant cockroaches. The lady named Moana was going to call pest control. Pracilla said no. Also, the first week we moved in we noticed rat poop under the sink. They patched the wall. The neighbors smoked in their bottom apartment and came up into ours every single day. If God forbid...we have our windows open for fresh air smoke constantly blew in our windows, forcing us to shut them. (Fresh air should be a given right...but nope) They said no smoking but the people working the office smoke on their decks. Yet tell people to go to the street....? My family and i are so happy we moved out. It was constant stress finding bugs at night when we're are clean. Over priced rent with a pool that was NEVER opened even before covid. Also... neighbors had parties like every weekend and were taking up 2 spaces every day. I do not recommend. This place is the reason we will never rent again. Buying a house.
