If you have nowhere else to go, then I would say use it as a steppingstone but honestly, it’s a terrible place to live garbage everywhere There’s a roach problem to be honest it’s probably because the people around you if you’re clean like me then you won’t see them. You’ll just see them dead in your house LMAO. But it was a great steppingstone. Can’t wait to be moving very Day is a blessing and having a place to live as a privilege so don’t forget that

Just like the rest of the low income apartments in this county all the mangers are crooks. These people had advertisements showing they had units available when they really didn’t. They lie to get you too come in and pay the application fee which is $40 per adult. After gathering all your paperwork paycheck stubs etc… they tell you that you weren’t approved but they don’t tell you why you weren’t approved. So that’s $40+ bucks you’re out and they have your personal information. I wonder if corporate knows that Courtne is staging fake rentals to get folks to come in and pay that application fee and she pockets the money for herself or are they telling her to do this? I wonder. My message to people looking for housing is to not fall victim of their scam if you see any low income apartment or affordable housing apartment that’s accepting applications RUN……. They are not accepting applications it’s a lie nobody is moving out of their low income place during these dark economical times. Be safe everyone it’s about to get ugly.

I want start off by saying thank you for having merciful & patient individuals in authority that can help you in times of need. Living at these apartments I have had no problems since November 2018 I have had a great experience living here. The communication is very well & the care for the apartment building is well taken care of also. As long as you know how to respectfully communicate & appreciate what you have there will never be a reason why the things you need in return don’t get handled. It’s all about patience & living here the staff is very much so! Allot of times when people have isssues you have too see both sides of the story.✅💯👑

The apartments are renovated, they are nice inside. And they have great air conditioning and heating now. I never had huge issues. Management is great now and on top of their duties. Cortne is friendly and helps you when you need assistance.

When I came into the office at Alamo Garden inquiring about available apartments I experienced great customer service I was helped quickly and with urgency. The staff greeted me from the time I walked in the door and answered all my questions without hesitation. The young lady who assisted me was very knowledgeable and professional. I’m hoping to be able to apply as soon as I obtain two pay stubs!

I lived in this place for 10 years. NEVER had any issues with management until the current "manager," if that's what you can call her, moved in. There are multiple tenants that have complained of "lost" or "missing" rent checks. Then were manipulated and forced out. Seems suspicious that so many people would have "lost" rent checks, and they all were people that had problems with the "manager." Maybe an investigation into this situation should happen. So many claims of fraud, disrespect, mismanagement and a complete disregard for the position held. The city or even the state should be looking into this place. Definitely should be looking into this manager.

Courtne has exceptional customer service and is always patient and willing to help. Pricing, and the property it`s self to be excellent. These days it is hard to find affordable pricing in the area without comprising and I would definitely say this apartment complex has it all and sure hope they continue to keep a more affordable rate!!
