Lived here for a year and can say the front office staff lacks customer service skills. From my move in day to the day of final inspection I had to chase the staff to do their job. They didn't know I was to moving in the day I was. Spoke to Stacy the day before move in, was told we will see you tomorrow. When tomorrow came, Stacy was not there and no one knew I was scheduled to move in. On move in day I was told I didn't need insurance then 6 months later I get an email stating I'm supposed to have it, which was also no stated or checked off in my lease. Please update your lease agreements to reflect the correct information. First week of move in, I had a package stolen from in front of my apartment. Went to the office to ask if maybe it was dropped off there and it wasn't. They were nonchalant about my stolen package and told me to contact the sender. Other's have had their packages stolen to where we were sent an email to be aware and on the lookout. Instead of holding these weekly food parties at the cost of the residents in the middle of the day, maybe invest in a security officer or two to patrol the premises.

There have been a few front office staff changes in the year I lived here. That alone says something. The day I went to submit my final payment in office should have taken maybe 5 -10 min but because staff was busy having personal conversations, showing group chats while I'm waiting to pay versus taking care of the customer was a bit unprofessional. I shouldn't know how they are in a group chat sending this pic or that pic, who has what phobia, etc.

During my move out I scheduled a final inspection, they told me to submit an email and provided a business card with an email address to submit my inspection request. I did, I didn't receive a response, called the office and left a message. I then received a call back from staff saying I never submitted a request to which I had to let the office staff know I did indeed submit the request. Then I was told I didn't submit it to the correct email. How so when I was provided the business card on where to submit my inspection request? We went back and forth until she finally pulled up the email and I had to walk the staff on the phone on how to scroll to the bottom of the email to check the date I originally submitted the request and to see the time stamp on it, only then did she realize I did submit my request on time. I was asked what time would work for me for the inspection, gave her the time to which she said "We can't do that time because my supervisor has to go to lunch" I changed the time to an hour earlier. Day of inspection, I waited 15 min until after my inspection time to call the front office to see when the supervisor would come to inspect the apartment.

Professionalism, work ethic and consideration of others time is not there. I've gotten the sense of "I'll get to it when I get to it" from some staff members and it shouldn't be the case. Update your lease agreements to reflect the correct information. Give residents the correct information on where to submit information. Most importantly, show up to a scheduled appointment or scheduled move-in/move-out when you have one scheduled for residents. Just like your time is important, so is mine.

We have had more than a handful of maintenance issues over the last year living here. Involving Mold and Flooding. Overall the communication between the office and the maintenance team is poor and has resulted in delays with these repairs. We as the tenants are left to deal with the effects of their poor communication and follow up consistently to ensure work is completed.

In one situation where we went on vacation a work order we submitted for mold found in our coat closet was only partially completed and due to a misunderstanding between the office and the maintenance team the repair was still only partially completed 10 days later when we returned from vacation. The office seemed to place blame on the maintenance team that they (maintenance) never communicated with them (office) that they needed to contact us to schedule the rest of the work.

More recently we called about mold we found in our main bedroom closet on Tuesday. The smell was very strong so we chose to move all our clothes out onto our bed and sleep in the living room until the repair was completed. The maintenance team left a note on Thursday that we needed to call the office to schedule the rest of the work which is exactly what I did that same day. I also explained to this person from the office that we have been sleeping in our living room and would like this work to be completed before the weekend, ideally Friday (next day). Came back from work the next day and no work had been done. I called to check the status of the patchwork and apparently the office staff had not properly scheduled the patchwork the day before. Now we will need to either keep sleeping on our couches until Monday, or move all our clothes back into a closet that mildly smells like mold and still needs patchwork which we will likely need to move out our clothes for (again).

We have not received any type of compensation for any of these disturbances.

I lived here with my family for just over a year. We had a pretty good experience, the staff was wonderful including Kimberly Marrison and the front desk people were great. I had some issues with neighbors but who doesn’t. Commuting wasn’t really an issue from here with I-80 access less than a minute away. Also you rarely hear any road noise and neighbor noise unless they are being overly loud. Nice little park on the grounds and nice basketball court. Pool was cold!!! And hot tub was hot!!! Loved the outside cooking areas and liked all the Saturday activities for family’s!!! Keep up the good work!

Overall these apartments are beautiful. I love the views I have from my patio and bedroom window and so do my little furbabies. The cleanliness is very well kept and same goes for the gym. Very happy my family made this their home.

I’ve had a great experience at the Rolling Oaks Apartment Homes the past few years that I’ve stayed here and am going to miss everyone when I leave next month. Everyone is friendly, helpful and responds quickly to any maintenance requests I have. I also like how quiet the complex is and it’s super clean as well. Tristan is one of the amazing maintenance guys who have shown up to fix things in my apartment and he was always pleasant, professional and quick. I appreciate him and the rest of the staff for keeping the place clean, safe and everything running smoothly.

Wonderful apartments!!!! So much community love and a great space to raise a family! Our family moved in Feb 2023 and everything from the staff to all the amenities is amazing. Our manager hosts an event every Friday and it’s become something our whole family looks forward to. All the hard work that’s put in is so appreciated! Our community rocks!

I’ve had a wonderful experience living at Rolling Oaks, definitely feels like luxury apartments with all their great amenities and nice interior within their apartments. The maintenance supervisor, Tristan, is so attentive and really goes the extra mile for any maintenance issues! The office staff is also always so friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend these apartment homes!
