Heather and her team are rockstars! I was tasked with moving my father and disabled sister closer to me so that I could become their full time caregiver. This would be straightforward and easy if I wasn't 400 miles away. Heather understood that I was attempting to accomplish this alone and made the entire process run smoothly. Heather also recognized that I had to split my time between SoCal and NorCal and was especially diligent in response.

During my preparations leading up to listing she'd often call to ask, "What can I do to help?" She never hesitated to help pack boxes, take things to donation centers, or simply provide encouragement. She even enlisted her son to help load my storage pod!

I was expecting this process to be tedious and confusing but Heather made sure that wasn't the case. She has this down to a science. She'll get all the inspections taken care of upfront so that we have all the information ready to share with prospective buyers. Then there's promotion, she produced the most appealing promotional materials! I was so impressed!
