Our time was completely wasted here. Gaby's communication skills were shockingly inadequate, and it's safe to say we won't be considering future business with this establishment. I strongly advise you to seek alternatives that value your time and money more effectively.

Worst property management company I've ever dealt with. They are slow to respond to maintenance request, half do the job and never follow up. They will lie and mislead you if they can. They could care less about their tenants and only a dollar sign. I have maintenance request that have been pending for months seems like they only respond when the situation get bad or your constantly complaining. This is a slumlord type property management company. You deserve better than what they give so go with other options if you have them. Horrible treatment of veterans. I wish I would have looked at reviews prior to.

I read a good handful of negative reviews about Solano Property Management and have heard from colleagues that this is a terribly ran business... but thought, maybe I'll see for myself because their listings are so attractive. Called yesterday to inquire about a property and was told to call back the next morning to make sure it's ready for viewing. I asked if I need to submit an application and was told no. So I called the next morning, ready to run over and grab the keys, but was told I can't without an application. I get it, I don't mind filling out an application, but the fact that two different customer reps gave me two conflicting answers is not worth my time or money. Don't bother with this company - if I didn't receive at least decent customer service at the beginning, I know I won't receive good care as a tenant.

My housemate and I had a terrific experience with Solano Property Management. We lived in one of the houses for a year. The rental process was easy. Whenever we had a problem, they were quick to respond. The fixed a leak, replaced a toilet and a sink, and rehung a screen. And they worked extra hard to find a new tenant so we could leave a month early without having to double pay. I read that others had bad experiences but ours was really good.

Well I did enjoy my apartment no doubt, but I never stayed somewhere they don't give you a reason for putting you out after almost 3 yrs. I paid my rent on time every month and never short! I left the place in great condition and now I have to wait the whole 21 days for my $2000.00 back. I deserve it all back! They should remember about normal wear and tear! Thank you again! Y'all should at the least let your tenants know why you want them to vacate! Wanting the unit back is not a good reason!

They took over our last property management after our apartments were sold. Staff was kind but they gave us the wrong laundry room key. We have also had issues with drug addicts on our property and no one has do e a thing about them. When we call in to ask for any kind of maintinence it takes way too long for help... But it gets done eventually if you keep calling.

I am very pleased with the services that Solano Property Mgmt. rendered. They were able to lease my home to a wonderful couple, and also inspect it as the last tenants were moving out. After the inspections, they also made necessary repairs, and drew up a better lease than my previous one. It all went very smoothly, and I'm very happy with the rep, Cathy Khan -- a service-oriented, knowledgeable PM.

I was trying to rent from this realtors so far I've paid for 3 applications and was told my son never completed his application.
He is not the renter but a housemate.Im sure they will deny the application.I never had a issue with renting properties before applying at Solano property management.My rental history , I have never been late or evicted.I don't want to buy the home in question.I have owned three homes in the past.Sold them all one was badly damaged by a tenant.
My son is also disabled and unable to work.Needs bilateral hip replacements.
I meat all their qualifications too.
Maybe they want you to live in slum areas.one house I visited had squares in it.They we're unaware of this.It could have been a bad situation.I could have been killed while viewing the property that was suppose to be empty.
I will write another review about them.I have paid 185 dollars in application fees so far.We shall see what happens.
Still waiting for results to come in.I am a Retired Piece officer.
God bless the Veteran for fighting for our country.
