Dunham Realty is a joke. They are completely rude and disrespectful. Me and my husband are in the military and got short notice orders, therefor needing to move out within the month. When I called to ask her what I needed to do to get off the lease, she kept questioning my reasons to move, even after I told her I would give her the proper paperwork. She was so disrespectful and did not seem willing to help, or make any process easier. This is only one example of them showing that they really do not care about their renters.

When we had her come look at the house before we moved in, the previous owner had completely soaked the carpet and tore it up. The hardwood floors beneath the carpet were water logged, and coming up (not to mention probably molding). She said that the floor looked great! My husband was . astonished she could even say that. Luckily, we knew we wouldn't be in the house for very long, and didn't really worry about it.

DO NOT RENT through Dunham Realty. They are terrible. End of story.

Be aware!!!! This Lady is Evil! The house we were renting for went into foreclosure. She was handling the Shortsale of the home. We came home after several occasions to her showing our to potential buyers without our knowledge! When we confonted her about it she said she’s well in her rights to show the home anytime she wants without notice. Then a few days later she sent out a 30day Noticed to vacate. Even though since we lived in the home for several years by law we knew she had to give a 60day Noticed.. we fought with her with her endless harassing phone call threatening to ruin us with a eviction. Even though we were great tenants who were never late on rent. And never called her for anything.

I've been dealing with lots of realty / landlords, Dunham Realty are exceptional, excellent customer service, prompt repair service if there is any repair to be done in your house they will get it done promptly. They will work with you once you are truthful with them. I've been recommending them to my friends and family so far they've been pleased with their service as I am pleased with their service.
