Miguel,
I cannot express how much gratitude I have for this gentleman. When I decided to sale he magically appeared. Upon our first meeting he just didn’t show up with contracts if I was ready to start a sale. He showed up prepared with a whole portfolio professional of comparable properties. Not the printed out MLS’s we generally see. He had a professional portfolio. So I was sold on the spot. During this pandemic it has been hard. He found out I was shut in and asked me did I need him to help with anything. Both times my children were Ill. When I went to purchase it was a new build. He stayed with me thru that process period. When the builders people said they could handle me from there. Miguel said absolutely not. He could have said bye. But when he says he builds relationships that is exactly what he does. He checked in on the progress of my build. And when they hit a snafu he knew besides me and he called me to make sure I was ok. And also kept in touch with the staff there to make sure I was taken care of. I would hire him again in a minute. Mind you this is my 4 home purchase and my realtor before was a old family friend and she took care of me well. And she would highly approve of him. Did I mention that we placed a coming soon sign out and information and people contacted him the night he posted it. He met with me 2 days after opening with another portfolio of each and every offer. Even though he had sent me an email.
