I highly recommend Hennessey Home Lending for your mortgage needs, especially for VA loans. Jim and Julie are a power team that truly works for their clients. They kept me informed and answered all of my questions. They had the bulk of the underwriting completed before I signed the final contract on June 09, which allowed me to close on June 24. All parties (agents,seller) myself included was surprised to have the deal completed in less than 30 days. After the sale they have continued to check in with me to see how everything is going with my new home. They are a great asset to have in Pell City for homebuyers especially veterans utilizing their VA benefits.

I've never had better customer service at ANY business, much less with a lender, than I had with Hennessey Home Lending. Jim and Julie are experts in their field, they provide constant and transparent communication, and they walked us through every step of buying our home. Jim helped us negotiate with the seller, draft and proofread contracts, and had us closed in 12 days without a realtor. These people don't mess around. They've been in the business for 36 years and it shows. I'll be doing ALL future loans through Jim and Julie.
