Being active duty, usually moving to a new place is informal and straight to the point. When I moved to California, my landlord informed me I’d be working with Cory from the Kelly Company; when I went to pick up house keys, Cory was very organized and attentive. He took the time to explain everything about my lease and the house and was very respectful. Any issues I brought to Cory’s attention he always responded in a timely manner and either answered my question or found the answer! Sadly I’m leaving California, but if I ever find my way back to the Vacaville area I will definitely look to work with Cory and The Kelly Company first!

Really nice company, very organized, and responsive to tenants, they put their tenants first. Staff is very friendly, good at returning phone calls and setting appointments. They provide good quality housing. They are amazing at managing properties for landlords also. I give them rating of A+++ 👍👍

I was with Kelly Company for almost 3 years and never had any issues whatsoever. The apartment I moved into could have used a deep cleaning before I moved in but time was of the essence so in all fairness I think they did a fairly decent job in the short time they were given. Any issues were always addressed right away and they also made moving out so simple and painless. Overall my son and myself really enjoyed our stay and we are very appreciative for the opportunity we were given. Thank you Kelly Company...sincerely The Urdaneta Family

Michelle is extremely rude and unprofessional! Not sure what's her problem but her snarky attitude is uncalled for and needs to work on her communication skills. If you want to have a better representation of your company I suggest retraining your employees to provide better customer service.

Communication with her has been far from pleasant and because of that experience alone I would not recommend this company to anyone especially if that's the kind of service you provide.

Ghetto!!!!! I am military and recently looked to rent a house through them. I was in uniform when I arrived. I went on my lunch because they weren’t very helpful on the phone. While at their office, I experienced the worst customer service. It was truly an awful experience. I was asking questions about a property and the girl at the counter was popping her gum and on Facebook on her computer. As I was trying to talk to her, she didn’t even have the courtesy to look me in my eyes. She didn’t answer my questions thoroughly and she had to ask around the office to other employees who also couldn't provide assistance. You have to pay to view a property. They don’t show you the property. Then after arriving to the property, I realized she gave me the wrong keys and had me waiting 20 mins outside to give me the key. It was an absolute horrid experience. I can’t imagine how they treat tenants. Military Beware !!!!!!

Caution!!!! We recently rented a home through the Kelly Company and it has been anything but a pleasant experience! We have has numerous problems with the home we live in and can never get in touch with anyone in the office. Michelle is an employee there who might I add is extremely rude and unprofessional. Everything from the outlets in every room not working to water leaks in the garage, clogged up sink in kitchen the list goes on...... The only positive side to the situation is I am now more in touch with my legal knowledge and have been reading through the California Tenants Laws 🙂 Oh the glory of justice. One more thing to add is I feel sorry for the landlord in this situation. They hope to have upkeep on their property by using a management company yet when there are emergencies in the home that need to be tended to before damage in the home get worse the management company is nowhere to be found... Ironic!!! Kelly Company I give you an F-!

IAM looking to move I had one eviction in 2005 and the manager to the property refused to work with me... It's funny that their app asked about evictions and your honest even though it may not come on your credit so this is why I say I hated it

Horrible customer service! They want to act all nice in the office take your money for applications and then after applying for multiple places and waiting for over a week and calling in multiple times want to say that the application was denied because they never accept someone with an eviction even if it was 13 + years ago.
