I will never work with this office again or recommend them to anyone. my family and I were misled by Tracy Bello, an agent working in this office. We were told by Mrs Bello that we were the only offer the sellers are looking at and that she just needed time to get signatures from both owners. We patiently waited for 5 days, only to be told the house is being sold to someone else and are in escrow. We were never made aware of any competing offers or given the chance to counter offer. I informed Steve Spencer, the broker, and I never even received an apology for the unethical business practices my family had to indure. Their idea of trust and friendship is much different then mine, despite the logo on their website. This was a horrible, horrible experience, and based on that I would caution anyone who does business with this office.
