HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE. 5 DAYS NO HOT WATER with a new born baby! I’ve had to boil water on the stove for days to shower my baby son my self and my husband. They refuse to answer our maintenance report too leaving us like dogs on the street with no hot water. They raised my rent almost $200 dollars last week too. DO NOT APPLY. Trash company.

UPDATE: One month later -12/12/22
We are out hot water again for extremely long periods of time.

UPDATE : July 2023 - this property is extremely bad condition. Laundry Matt looks disgusting. It’s never cleaned. The over grown grass and garbage is horrendous. LOOKS LIKE SECTION 8 housing!!!

UPDATE: January 2025
This company doesn’t NOT care about basic sanitation or living conditions for their tenants. They continue to raise the rent once a year and barely maintain hygienic living conditions. It’s so frustrating to live in a filthy environment!

They block tenants phone numbers and claim to “have phone issues” they have also allowed yeah to build up for 3+ weeks and will text claiming pickup but it never actually happens. They are beyond disorganized and unprofessional and made our old mediocre rental company look stellar. They are truly terrible.

It’s been an amazing experience working with Gray Rose Management Staff. We been their pest control provider for a while, and we can testify that they always seek the best interest for their tenants/customers. We would also like to thank Daisy for always being friendly, communicative, and exceptional person as her being the reflection of their staff we nevertheless expect we have experience this with their staff. We look forward in having a long-lasting relationship with them. We Value and appreciate Gray Rose for trusting us with their pest control issues.
