Trilliant manages my HOA in Pasadena and they are AMAZING!!! Immediately after signing, they got a property condition assessment (which I don't think had ever been done previously), negotiated our contracts with vendors or switched vendors saving us literally tens of thousands of dollars a year, and started working on past-due maintenance. Now, we are caught up with all of our maintenance, our property looks great, and they are continually working around the clock to make sure the property stays beautiful and well kept! Highly highly recommend them! Best customer service you will find out there, seriously. Couldn't be happier we switched to them!

Trilliant is AMAZING!! I am the president of an HOA and we had nothing but problems with our previous company. I didn't even realize all the things the other company didn't do until I saw what Trilliant did when they took over. Chris and Chris are very knowledgeable, dedicated, hands on, and really nice people. I would highly recommend them to any HOA. Our HOA has 6 members and we were working almost full time and within a very short time Trilliant organized us and addressed all of our issues. They are very different from most companies in LA, always reachable and wanting to help bring the building to the next level.

I would give them negative stars if I could. This leasing company is horrible. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE STRESSED OUT THE WHOLE TIME LIVING THERE AND THEN HAVE THEM TAKE AN ENORMOUS AMOUNT FROM YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT WHEN YOU MOVE OUT, EVEN THOUGH YOU LEAVE THE PLACE IN GREAT CONDITION. When my daughter and I first moved in the current leasing agent made a point to tell me "WE HAVE TAKEN PICTURES OF EVERYTHING SO WE WILL KNOW WHAT DAMAGES WERE THERE AND WHAT WEREN'T" so going into leasing our unit I was already stressed out and felt like I had to walk on egg shells around the place. Then a few months in they pruned the roses (okay) and my daughter who was currently receiving CHEMOTHERAPY would like to play in the front yard especially since we didn't go anywhere due to COVID, and when she was playing she kept getting cut by the pruned rose bushes, I removed a few of them because one cut could have led to an infection and that could have been fatal due to her undergoing chemotherapy.It was my fault for not asking first, but literally NO UNDERSTANDING BY TRILLIANT WHATSOEVER, THEY COULD CARELESS ABOUT MY 4 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER GOING THROUGH CHEMO, THEY ACTUALLY VERBALLY YELLED AT ME AND THE LEASING AGENT OF THE TIME THREATEND ME AND TOLD ME NOT TO LET IT HAPPEN AGAIN. If that wasn't bad enough they have now charged me close to $700 to replace the roses!!!! IM SORRY BUT WHAT, TRILLIANT IS A SCAMMER - SCAM #1. OH AND THEY INITIALLY SENT ME AN INVOICE FOR $75 STANDARD CLEANING AND THEN CHANGED IT TO $320 FOR PROFESSIONAL CLEANING ONCE I MOVED OUT BECAUSE I DIDNT LEAVE IT "MOVE IN" READY, NO WHERE WAS I TOLD IT HAD TO BE MOVE IN READY, I CLEANED THE PLACE OUT WELL, AND EVERY OTHER PLACE IVE LIVED AT HAVE CLEANED AFTER TENANTS MOVED OUT WITH NO CHARGE SO THATS WHAT I EXPECTED BUT NOPE. SCAM #2!!! AND THEN ON TOP OF THAT THEY CHARGED ME NEAR $600 FOR SOMEONE TO COME CLEAN THE DRIVEWAY AND FRONT PORCH OFF. ARE YOU KIDDIN ME?!!! SCAME #3!!! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LEASING COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE OVERCHARGED, STRESSED OUT AND HAVE YOUR MONEY TAKEN FROM YOU!!!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!
