Rented a two bedroom apartment for my daughter and grandson. They had a good selection of apartments in Alhambra. Great neighborhood, walking distance to his school and shopping. The agent and the property manager are super nice and easy to work with. Rent was very fair. Wonderful experience.

I think this property management is pretty good. There have only been a couple times where I felt that communication could be better but they're pretty good at handling maintenance issues in a timely manner. Sometimes you have to be on top of them but I guess they're probably just busy. I've been at my residence for 2 years and haven't had any major issues with them. Jessica gets the job done and responds to emails quickly. When I rented my apartment they were very quick to getting me approved and I love my apartment. I just wish the rent didn't go up so much. We had an 8% increase and it sucked but I'm not sure how much control they have over that.

I had a good experience living in South Pas at one of their properties, for what the apartment was, it was a good rate; although, you can expect a rent increase every year. Otherwise, they were pretty timely on responding to any maintenance requests which I find to be very convenient. Also I got my deposit back less than a week, but they did take out almost $200 just for cleaning which is a little steep just for a cleaning fee. All in all, very reputable property management to rent from!!
