My Ceiling Fell Down and Freddie sent a clean up crew.
They covered the drywall with plastic but air and hazmat dust still exist.
He didn't want to talk over the phone claiming he's to busy.
The Following morning I reached out to Him with No Response.
Our previous Landlord was a Blessing but this Company is Don't Call Us

ZERO STARS. Probably the worse company I’ve ever dealt with. Lies, theft, harassment and intimidation. Unlawful conduct in general. Sketchy would be putting it nicely. Showing up unannounced, trying to get in when tenants aren’t home, lying, forging or making false claims about documents. This comapny scams the elderly and tried to withhold and essentially steal my security deposit personally. They told me they mailed out an itemized list but couldn’t tell me to what address. I never provided them with any addresses whatsoever. The receptionist are rude, clearly uneducated in the field they work in and will hang up on you if you ask for a on sight manger. In 2 years I called 45 times, not once, not once, was I called back. I’m currently filing two different lawsuits against them. I will provide a follow up to this review after the court case which I’ll obviously win. Honestly the comapny should be investigated by the proper authorities. I have heard nothing but horror stories and the numerous unlawful actions this company took after further investigation. At one point (recently) they were the worse rated management company in all of Southern California. Hints the need for fake reviews. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, I repeat DO NOT USE THIS SLEAZY COMPANY. Literally all three reviews above on star were written by the management team themselves. They even used their own names 🤦🏻‍♂️ I’ve reported the fake reviews so hopefully this company gets a more accurate rating than 3. It should be a 1!

This is the WORST Property management. It was an easy process to view and submit the forms, but no one ever calls you back to tell you if you are approved. I was approved and then told they were doing renovations and would be available soon between mid to end of the month. I had to call back constantly for updates and the landlord and the property management had no communication at all. Jason kept saying call landlord, but would not pick up and if did would tell me to call Jason for update. Finally they told me that they are holding it for owners relative. They would not refund me my application fee even though it was false advertisement for offering the property and letting people apply. Waste of time. Horrible customer service. I want my application fee back!!!

This is by far the WORST company I have had the misfortune to work with. They are incredibly shady, unprofessional, and unethical. I simply requested a copy of the master insurance policy for the condo property where we live so we could ensure we have proper coverage and they would not send it to us unless we paid $350. We were shocked. When we tried to discuss with someone at the office, we were forced to call back several times, talked to four different people (Jeni, Jason, Vienna, and Tommy), all very combative and rude, or just plain incompetent. In the end, no one would help us and the owner, Freddie Cheung, when I was finally able to track him down his exact words were, "I get texted about problems all day long. I can't keep track of everything!" Real professional Freddie. In the end, they are withholding vital information that we are entitled to and will not release it unless we pay this ridiculous fee. It should be illegal the way they conduct business.

Best property management company that I have ever dealt with. I applied for my property on the same day I saw the property. I received a call back the same day and was approved for the property. I signed the lease the next day and was schedule to received my keys the same day I signed the lease. They made my first rental experience very quick and easy.

They Are NOT open 24 hours and after 4 attempts to receive a response from their answering service I have yet to hear from them. I believe this is just some cover for landlords to pass the buck to with property issues.
Money makes monsters out of some people.
